What a powerful little machine! I have scoliosis and have waitressed for 14 years, so muscle pain is an all too familIar feeling. I love to use the larger pads on my shoulders with the massage setting to alleviate tense muscles. I also get those pesky calf cramps at night and this machine has worked wonders to ease the pain the next day so I’m not sore. The battery seems to last me quite a few sessions which is great! I have had Tens machines in the past and this is by far my favorite! Multiple settings at various intensities, easy to use, long lasting battery, compact carry size and you absolutely cannot beat the price! I’m amazed and would recommend this specific one to anyone!
