Bought in all black for my 3 year old daughter who now wears a size 9.5 baby. I bought their exact size and they fit perfectly. I was worried they would dangle around her ankles but they fit snug and don't dangle when she walks. She will be wearing them on our trip to the Great Wolf House and the weekly nursery water features. If you're buying before summer, I suggest you order half a size up to accommodate height. I will give her back the size 10 so they will last a long time.
