Great tool for Leading Teams!: Captain Feedback
Captains feedback is very helpful when it comes to team building, because it is a great way to get everyone on the same page. It also helps when you are trying to understand what the team's strengths and weaknesses are. There are a few things I feel could be improved, but it is a great program. Captains feedback is a great way to build a team and understand their strengths and weaknesses. It helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Captains feedback has helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses as a leader. Captains feedback has also helped me understand what my team's strengths and weaknesses are.
Pros
- The ability for each individual member or group within our organization (department)to use this tool in order tp have an open forum where we can discuss issues with other members/groups from different departments at work while keeping anonymous if needed! This makes us more organized which saves time & money by not having multiple meetings about one topic.Also easy accessability no need special software like Slack just download link directly into your browser..easy
