Customer Service at HOLLP has let me down

Although HOLLP has an impressive assortment of women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry, I was very dissatisfied with their level of customer service when I recently made a purchase from them. When I contacted their customer service department about my order's missing item, it took them a few days to reply. When they eventually did, they offered no assistance and made no excuses. They offered me a refund after informing me that the missing item was out of order, but they never even mentioned replacing it or making up for my inconvenience. In addition, I discovered their website to be a little perplexing and challenging to use. The sizes that were offered for each object weren't always obvious, and some of the product descriptions lacked crucial information. Although their rates are fair and their selection is excellent, their website has serious problems and has poor customer service. I had great expectations for HOLLP, but regrettably I won't be doing any more shopping there in the future.
