It arrived on time and safe and sound. It's plastic, not wood with glass, so it looks very simple. So if you want to be upscale/out of the ordinary, keep browsing. However, when I framed my picture, it was too big. I remeasured my photo to make sure I ordered the correct frame and it measures exactly 11" x 17". I measured the standard photo which came framed and it was about 1/4" thinner and 1/8" shorter than advertised. I was able to crop my photo so that no part of it was missing or looked weird afterwards. Remember that the frame has a small border that will cover part of the image even after you crop it to the size you want. If you have an 11x17 inch picture or poster that needs to be displayed in its entirety, this frame is NOT for you. You have to cut it out and also part of it will be covered by the frame. If like me you have some space to play with an image or poster, you can make it work. I am rating this star because I want to know exactly what I am paying for and not something that is "close enough". The price was lower than Michael or Joanne so I chose Revain but of course the discount comes at a price.
