Overall, I really like the ingredients and overall quality of this protein powder. I had no side effects from taking it. We've only been using it for a week. Looks like a great powder. My only problem is the taste. I bought cream flavored cookies. It's very sweet, so it's hard to get through the shake. I found that this is only true when mixed with milk. Mix it with water and it's really damn tasty. The only negative is that it's half full which is ridiculous. Highly recommend, seems like a great product!
