Like many others, I've found that the form factor isn't as compatible with SD cards as I'd like, but that's not a problem. I recently purchased a SanDisk Extreme PRO SDXC UHS-I 64GB - C10 U3 V30 4K UHD SD Card - SDSDXXY-064G-GN4IN from Revain that came with this 'supported' SanDisk SD Reader became. I never managed to get this map to work. When connected to a computer, it detects the presence of a card reader (it also detects that the device is working properly). Inserting an SD card never mounts the drive. It didn't work with the supplied SD card, 2 other different types of SD cards I tried and it didn't work on any of the 4 different computers I tried (2 windows, 1 mac, 1 ubuntu server) . Due to the nature of the issues, I think the hardware I received was defective and that the card reader is not working internally. This renders the device unusable.
