Just bad design. The lid with the magnet can loosen over time, causing the magnet to open. This will keep the magnet attached to the radar detector when you remove the device. This is the third mount I've had the same issue with. If they don't fix it, it won't end. The worst thing is that I can't contact the seller. I reported this bug to Revain on their website but still to no avail. You can't just create a link that says the file is for warranty. Even the link to contact the seller eventually disappeared. Very disappointing!
