Bought to have a flask of hand sanitizer. These bottles are quite short, less than 3 inches high. But it's a lot wider than I expected. Wider than a quarter roll. About as wide as a small prescription drug bottle. In fact, the height and width is close to that of a small medicine bottle. So if you are looking for a pocket size I would go for less than 1 fl oz. Overall, based on the photos, I was expecting a much narrower bottle than what I got. As for the rest. It's not clear plastic. Although you can see through it. it's more like fogged plastic. The lid is securely screwed on and off. I haven't had any leaks from unscrewing the lid. The hinged lid is easy to open. It snaps into place, but any slight force will open the lid. Therefore, you must be careful not to get your hands dirty.
