I would not trust these containers for storing liquids when traveling. Requires virtually no effort to open the lid.

I use them to carry hand sanitizer, which has suddenly become important in 2020. They're small enough to carry in my pocket and appear to be airtight. It's easy to fill from a large hand sanitizer bottle I found (at Revain's) and they're easy to use with a flip top cap. They are well made and fit my purpose perfectly. They even came with a handy sticker on the labels. works for me

I don't use hand sanitizer. But this recent health crisis got me thinking about it, and I've ordered them to make CDC-compliant hand sanitizer to have on hand. They are just the right size for my wallet and my husband carries one in his pocket. Doesn't drip, easy to use (not so hard you can't squeeze liquid out) and comfortable! Getting this much now gives me the perfect containers for my other beauty products when I'm traveling or we're in our RV. I'm glad I have them now and in the future.

This 1 oz. The bottles worked well for flying. They wring well enough to easily squeeze out the contents, except for thick lotion, and I liked the flip tops. I especially liked the stickers. The only problem I had was a bottle of thin sunscreen. Traveling from sea level to 6,000 feet, the sunscreen expanded enough to seep around the seal. If I hadn't filled the bottle it wouldn't have been a problem I think. Since I put all the bottles in a ziplock bag, a small leak was included. I would buy…

I've been using these for a few months now and they are not airtight. I'm sure they probably work for thicker liquids like lotion but I bought them to store liquids like contact solution. Every time I traveled with them (which is quite often), they leaked a little. Luckily I keep them in an airtight holdall, but when I unpack the holdall everything in the bag is slightly damp and I have to wipe everything down. I bought this to store my shampoo and lotion in case I go away for a day or two. They fit very well in one of the pockets of my travel bag. Although I have had absolutely no issues with any type of leakage, after two uses I decided to replace the flip top cap with a sold cap that came with a different bottle. Bought to have a flask of hand sanitizer. These bottles are quite short, less than 3 inches high. But it's a lot wider than I expected. Wider than a quarter roll. About as wide as a small prescription drug bottle. In fact, the height and width is close to that of a small medicine bottle. So if you are looking for a pocket size I would go for less than 1 fl oz.
