This is an adjustable expandable shoe rack. So when installing, you need to expand one side of each tube to grab the inner extension tube so you can screw the side panel to the actual rack. I screwed each tube in slightly so I could adjust it and then tightened it. Even though it was flimsy I figured it would work as a shoe rack by the front door. However, when I grabbed the last tube, I found that the inner plastic part that I had to screw in was missing. Path. Not in a pipe, not in a box, just broken on arrival. These are products that people spend money on and don't want to return because they were so cheap, and all of these items have one-time customers. i give it back Please see the pictures and videos so as not to waste your fine on this poor quality product.
