Efficient but difficult to set up WiFi.
My aim is to use this in an old freezer used as a cooler for drinks and water. The biggest problem concerns the Wi-Fi setup. The instructions regarding setting "AP" are not clear. But once over this obstacle. In addition, the sensor diameter has been increased from 5mm to 12mm, requiring a much larger hole to accommodate the sensor in this cooler as it replaces the previous InkbirdSmart unit. Everything works fine, the InkbirdSmart app offers full remote control of the functions. A warning for new users is in the setup. for cooling. Be sure to set the compressor delay to the minimum value of 3 minutes. This protects the compressor from overload damage during power outages or sudden temperature changes. All AC compressors require time to reduce internal pressure before turning on power.
