This is a great side table. I wear gloves when assembling to reduce the amount of fingerprints I have to wash later. The jar and pieces are bagged so the styrofoam doesn't stick to anything. This is a well packaged item that may be encountered in transit. The included wrench is no fun. I suggest using something else. You need a Phillips screwdriver. I skipped the rubber feet and added some casters on the bottom. This adds about 2 inches to the height and allows me to pull the glass back to the side of the sectional sofa. This is an easy upgrade but requires the correct length screw. This glass table is well made and durable. I like it.
