This is my staple and will help me get through my busy life! I love that it has NO additives. No one. No flavor conflicts with my other ingredients, so I can add it to baked goods, mix it into smoothies, or add it to batter for a hearty meal. No added sugar or artificial sweeteners to ruin a high protein diet, no refined sugar and a balanced fiber intake with the natural sugars I use to manage my health. This product is even safe to use with mine. There is also a certified organic version on the list but the last time I bought this they sent me organic! Tip: Mixing protein powder with hot water into a thin paste or thick liquid in a glass jar, steeping for 10-15 minutes, and refrigerating overnight before adding to smoothies will result in a significantly smoother texture. Any type of protein powder will give your raw smoothie a slightly gritty texture no matter what you do, but this method really helps! If you're really serious about a raw food diet, you need to limit the water temperature. If not, boiling water works even better.
