I love that this tool is intuitive and easy for everyone to use. It really helps keep our contacts data up-to-date, and it's been helpful because we've had some unexpected client terminations recently. Sometimes it's just a pain to get an update if you're not in front of your computer immediately afterwards and we've found ourselves waiting for email updates sometimes too. If you want a great way to sync your contact info with Salesforce, then this is a great solution. We have been able to easily clean out old or outdated information about customers that were being phased out by our vendors. This has helped us greatly in terms of keeping track of these clients.
