Keen children's sandals, in my experience, always run half a size too big. This is a problem mainly because they don't do half sizes. My son who wears 8.5 inch shoes in other shoes swims in size 9 and I'm a little worried they might knock him over, but what can you do? The eight would have been too small if his leg had grown a bit over the summer. So I keep them and hope he has a growth spurt or learns to raise his legs. The overall experience with Keens was great.
