This ingenious strap really works! I'll order another one in a different color. I am a 5'5" female and weigh 118 pounds. All my pants fit me in the hips but are too big in the waist. I have to wear a belt at all times but I don't like the feeling of the belt cinching cuts my tummy when I bend forward. This belt holds my pants up better than a traditional belt, but it feels like I'm not wearing a belt at all. That's great! It's also nice to wear the belt when visiting the Toilet not unfastening or closing Yes it pulls a bit on the front belt loops but it doesn't seem to pull enough to damage them Love this belt!
