Such a great price for this little mirror which I will use for travel. I tried it at home and I think it will do nicely. I had bought another one which was almost double the price at a nearby store and wanted to compare. The one I bought locally had much brighter lights and they were of a yellow hue whereas this one was white. It appears more like fluorescent lighting which I do not care for but the package says LED so I assume that is what it is. I imagine that once I am traveling it will work

Great little mirror for home or travel. It opens easily, and the LED light settings can either light the standard mirror alone, or light up on both mirrors. It’s fairly easy to reach the power switch in order to save on battery life. I really like how it unfolds to stand upright, or it can be held in hand. We are on the road a lot throughout Florida and love to check out the older B&B or smaller seaside motels. I have been searching and have bought several magnifying lighted mirrors. All have seemed to have some sort of problem. One had a button on the back that would turn it on so easily and it used batteries so that I spent half my time changing batteries. This one closes so that it doesn’t come own because you have to unfold the mirror to get to the off/on switch. AND, there are NO batteries needed. To charge you just plug it into an outlet and use the supplied cord to charge.

At 60, it's more difficult to see what I'm doing. Many mirrors claim to be 10x, but really are not. This one is definitely 10x. It's a little small, but that's the compromise for travel. I compared this side by side to two other products and the Kedsum won! I like the large mirror size, the 5X magnification, and the product stayed in place when opened. I love this mirror, it is great for my purse, travel I can use it easily on my dresser, dinning room table, or sitting on the floor holding it. The light is great at night, in low light areas or just need to see better. I can use easily without my glasses or with my contact lenses in. I love that I can just recharge it. So easy to use.

I bought this to take on trips, but have been also using it in my gym bag. I wish the light was just a little brighter, but I love the accordion-style compactness, and the charging cord comes folded in the storage bag.
