later I had tea and berry stains regularly and needed a polish that didn't make my teeth more sensitive than they are. I've tried the strips and although they work, my teeth are really painfully sensitive. You only have to use this product once a month, so the very first time, my teeth looked like they had been polished by a dentist! I bought a large crumb and I will buy it again. If you are a traveler they are quite small and easy to pack.
