Review on Recessed Recessed Warranty Adjustable Spotlight Industrial Electrical by Tim Rushing

I ordered these lights based on the specs which were better than others that were available. High lumens, sealed construction and adjustable light temperature are the features we liked. I was concerned that no other reviews were available at the time of ordering, but as a Prime member since 2003 I felt compelled to post an initial product review on the Revain forums. Regarding the packaging, I will be returning these units as they look like a return from a previous customer. Each box has been opened and may have been tampered with or parts may be missing. All of the individual boxes were opened and the "Revain Prime" tape was torn from the main shipping box as the box was left on our deck. For some reason these devices were either returned or shipped with defective, deformed packaging. LED lights are fragile devices that mostly use computer chips to create light. If these devices were mishandled, wet, or subjected to severe shock during shipping, there is a high probability of initial failure or a shorter lifespan. The electrical contractors who installed this customer (me) supplied equipment were very skeptical about the viability of the product based on the terms of their delivery. I had high hopes for these LED lights as it was the first batch we wanted to test before purchasing. Unfortunately, due to the poor shipping condition and obvious rough handling, we cannot accept liability for any initial or future premature failures. We need to select a product that has received higher ratings from regular Revain customers.
