Respectfully agree with post about lack of low end. You'll agree they have a more "natural" response in the mid and high frequencies, but I dialed the lows on my original Sound EQ and there will be plenty of bass. Curious, maybe another user got a bad pair. Anyway, I'm a 35 year old musician and an audio snob. These things sound better to me than the $400 custom fees I did 3 years ago. First of all, because the mids and highs are so responsive. Yes, we all want big bass, but at least compared to my custom, my custom had too much bass and not enough highs and mids. In a stage situation, this meant that vocals (particularly) and other high-end instruments "got lost" in my mix (keyboards, saxophone, etc.). 7% off what I paid for my use! Can't comment on durability yet - they've only had them for a few months but so far I couldn't be happier. I bought another pair just to keep them in stock.
