The product arrived on time. I was looking forward to using it with my new pup. However, after a few days of use, holes appear on the bottom. My dog can move it from one place to another even indoors. I came into the house and he moved it to another room. He's not durable at all. My dog is a small Yorkie and weighs 2.5 pounds. My dog pushed the handle down which caused it to collapse and he got out! I would definitely not recommend buying this if you plan to keep a dog indoors or if you have a large dog. It's also not durable as the whole bottom has holes and my dog can climb out from underneath. This is a waste of time and money! I had it for less than 2 weeks and completely broke!
