Mac Setup External Hard Drives
I tried WD first. Forget it. Not suitable for Mac. This device started immediately with no downloads. Yes, it's pretty slow, but for backup storage, it's a good buy. FIX: Won't allow the monitor to see the computer booting up (Mac Mini) if it's plugged in in any way. Many hours of testing shows that the problem lies with this animal. After downloading it works fine. No response from Seagate.
