Bought this for my daughter's 11th birthday as she loves all things cute and kawaii and Totoro. It's so cute, I like the color of the blue light when it's lit, but it's also charming as a decoration during the day when it's not lit. It fits her aesthetic perfectly, providing enough light for her to look around her room when she wakes up, but not so bright that it disturbs your sleep. I could love him as much or even a little more than her. Something about this little artificial grass. Or both Totoros have adorable eyes. Mushroom. Small plant sprouts! It's too cute! Or that? Seems to be high quality and well made. I'm not sure I would give it to a small child who might feel compelled to carry it around or try to play with it. But if you or a child are old enough to use it for its intended purpose and keep it relaxed for the most part, that's great. My daughter and I both love it.
