I have Grohe and Hansgrohe AXOR products in my home. I pay more and get better service. Just like the German brands, iSPRING did a good job for me and not only am I happy with the product but when I had problems I actually contacted them and they said 1- business day and it was resolved in 1 business day. I called express water customer service for technical details that weren't in the manual and they dropped my call 3 times after waiting on hold for 7 minutes and they did NOT call back. I am telling you this because if you value your time and sanity you would like to do business with a company that will help you when a problem arises. You also get mounts that come with mounts (watch out for the companies that charge $20-$40 per mount after they sell you a $50 mount). In terms of durability the light is well made and I expect it will last a long time judging by the test I did before installing it. You also have the option of using a standard brass fitting (nipple) to connect the filters if you wish (I use brass because I just like knowing that they last a lot longer than other materials). I would also like to note that this is a family business - it matters if the customer is happy with the product and if they need help someone is there to help: ONE WORKING DAY :) (you never will from these companies get who make a product sell and don't care if you need help they also stand behind the product I will post some photos of my installation but I recommend it for the following reason: business day) 2. Excellent long term warranty 3. Well-made, solid product including all components (tip - mounting bracket) 4. Family business that helps customers when they need help: THANKS NICK AND RICHARD! Install your product and test the water.
