After breaking into our vehicles, we needed a security system in case of another incident. I didn't want to spend thousands on a system that requires a monthly subscription or additional "add-ons" to improve the user experience (which means they have to pay their marketing department). After much research and testing, it turned out that this system was exactly what we needed. Camera images are clear (including night vision) and easy to see on TVs and phones. After testing the cameras to ensure they were working properly and then running the included ethernet cables to their final destination, the cameras were easily plugged in and working as the cables also provide power to the cameras. I also don't have to worry about changing batteries or weak WiFi signal when using this system. At first I had a problem connecting the DVR to our internet and after emailing their support team, Kiki from Hiseeu was quick to reply no. only correct troubleshooting information but went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. They even offered me a video chat to make sure everything went smoothly. Talk about great customer service! I highly recommend this system and Hiseeu!
