I am very upset that I ONLY had to open the box and install it to find it was broken. The fan makes a loud clicking noise, and when it turns on, it almost smells like burnt hair. It was $30 out of my pocket and I don't make much money so I'm very disappointed to hear I got duds. Who should I contact for product support? EDIT: The company was kind enough to email me and offered to send me a new one for free after I returned the product. I thought it was very kind of the company and accepted their offer. My new one works perfectly and hasn't had any problems so far. Many Thanks.
