Anyone who gardens knows a trowel is one of the most important hand tools in the bucket. I have a trowel graveyard in my garage with old broken ones purchased from HomeDepot and Lowes. With heavy use they all seem to get bent or snap at the solder point. The usual weak point with other trowels is right at the area where the blade meets the handle.This cast aluminum trowel is TOUGH. I'm holding it with both hands and trying to bend it with all my strength. Not one little flex or bend. It's rock solid. I have serious high hopes of it surviving for years to come.I don't think the yellow rubbery texture material on the handle was all that necessary. All 100% aluminum would've been even better.
