I have not used all the heads but so far the ones I have used are working fine. Head material - high quality hard plastic or simply aluminum. Whatever it is, it feels hard enough to push back the dents but soft enough not to scratch or chip the paintwork (if you know what you're doing). I liked it so much that I bought a set for my brother.
