Returned item once because threads on extension shafts didn't fit. Replacement came in and long extension didn't fit down on red pad backings while mid shaft was so thight there were aluminium shavings all over.

Purchased this to get into using rotary polishers. Off the bat the power on/off button seems flimsy/delicate. Also when I received the machine, I had ordered a Flex 5" 5/8-11 backing plate, well it didn't fit. The image that shows what the polisher comes with is incorrect under the thread type for the backing plates it comes with. It's labeled as 5/8-11 thread, the manual says M14 though. I'd buy this again anyway. I replaced my Rupes Bigfoot with it. It's a quarter the price and imo a better machine. I detail professionally with it daily. Definitely recommend this package

For the money this is a great product but it just needs to have a lower speed setting. The slowest speed is just a hair faster than a perfect starting point.

From the title on the product page, which includes "Rotary Polisher RO Polisher", one could infer that it is both a rotary and random orbital (RO) polisher (add to that the fact that the manufacturer measures rotation speed in OPM - typically done in the case of RO polishers - and even has a graphic of the chuck that says "Orbit"). This polisher is amazing! The value and quality is unbelievable. I've used it on two vehicles and I can't see how I've survived the past 7 years of detailing without it. Every detailer needs a 3 inch polisher. This unit comes with 1,2, and 3 inch backing plates and pads. The extensions shafts make it easy to polish any area of a vehicles exterior or exterior. I really wanted to like this machine. it's almost identical to my Adam's SK mini. However there is a huge difference in quality. The switch is janky and is tricky to get turned on. The machine gets pretty hot while doing 10min's of 1" polishing. I hope it holds up but my gut is telling me the power switch is going to fail.The pads are decent. I wouldn't put them to use on a nice car but great for practicing and areas like door jambs and such.

It's great. Just what I needed to get in small places. It's not a DA type buffer so you need to use it like a normal rotary buffer. It will cut quicker than a DA type. It takes a lighter touch and more control than a DA but works great if you know what you're doing. I just finished a paint correction on my 2015 Corvette and it worked great inside the doors and on step panels. Hard to do with a 4,5,or 6 inch long reach DA. Right tool for the right job! It isn't a dual action polisher. Just a rotating polisher. Power button is tricky. Don't seem like it will hold up to long but for the price of the unit it isn't a big deal.

This thing works the sameway a name brand and crazy expensive polisher does the pads are ok but the extensions are really nice to have i don't regret buying this polisher it does the job

Very handy polisher with all the attachments you need for any type of polishing. The weight and balance of the polisher are easy to work with. A great tool for getting into interior spaces where a 5' to 8" polisher can't reach. I was hunting one down at garage sales and then I found this one. I still can't believe it was only a100 bucks! ( I didn't rate the durability because I've only used it a few hours so far)

Very bad product. The pads were very poor quality and kep getting disintegrated with every use. The polisher itself wasn't good either, it would not spin in a uniform pattern, it would spin out and was very hard to control. It was polishing my headlights on speed 1 and it end up burning through my bumper paint. never again

The pads that came with it last about 2-3 minutes. Only got one quarter panel done before I ran out of pads. It also throws wax everywhere even if you put a small amount an pre rub it in
