
First of all, the build quality of the wireless microphone is quite good. It's durable, of high quality, and has the light weight found in high-end professional microphones. The sound is not perfect, but okay. I connected it to my Yamaha home cinema receiver (with very good sounding floorstanding speakers and two subwoofers). However, what let me down is that the audio volume on the wireless receiver is low, as is the microphone volume. The music volume is already maxed out (via bluetooth) and I have yet to turn it on from my main receiver to get decent volume out of my main speakers. The volume of microphones A and B is also almost at maximum. It's not as loud as I thought. I have to keep the right balance between the microphone and the music. What really let me down was the limiter meter which was one of the reasons I bought this product. Advertisement - DUD. Useless. Does nothing, just lights up. I was hoping to be able to monitor the microphone battery indicator from the receiver when the battery is low. As one of the reviewers of this article also found out about the fake display. I also felt cheated. It's ok for home karaoke or whatever if you don't mind. You won't win American Idol with this thing :) but if you're just looking for fun singing with family and friends this will do the job. As the saying goes, you get what you paid for.
