The customer service is fantastic! They are always willing to go above & beyond for their clients, they're very professional in all aspects of running an effective call center operation - from hiring staff through training them up right down to managing performance reviews/payroll etc., everything runs smoothly with this team at hand (and I've been working within Customer Service since before it was known as that). It's hard not be impressed by how great everyone has become over time but there really isn't anything bad about our relationship so far either way which makes me happy :) Their support system also seems pretty robust too if you need any assistance during your day job or after hours when things aren’t quite going according plan then just let us know what we can do here @SparkResponseUK! We have had some issues where certain calls were being lost due to network / internet outages however these problems seem resolved now thankfully though.
