They are heavier than FoodSaver bags and fit (tightly) on my FoodSaver. After a bag or two they won't fit anymore. There's nothing difficult to use, you just have to remember it when you start a new reel. But what I like best is that they have a big, bold tag on the right side of the bag. Much larger and more practical than FoodSaver bags. They are better than big name brand bags in every way. Oh yeah, and they're a lot cheaper. They're all about a half inch or an inch wider than I'd like considering how we store them. But this is a solvable problem. Tip: For some things, you may need a rolling pin to flatten your food for more compact storage. Shredded chicken, pulled pork, fried beans can be rolled out.
