Took about 30 minutes to assemble, very nice however 2 wheels broke right after the cart was set up. The nut that the wheels screw into isn't actually attached to the inside of the square metal legs. So when upright, the wheels would flex just a little under pressure (and that's actually without anything on the wagon). The instructions are a bit tricky to follow as the parts aren't labeled, but you can figure it out. Of course I can't move it without wheels so it's fixed where it is. For the price I think it's absolutely worth it, despite all the shortcomings.
