The best part about working at Rawson is that you get to work in an office environment every day. It's great to have a job where I can look forward to going into work everyday and be happy doing it.The pay isn't great but it allows me to live while I'm working. That being said, it's not very good. They give us little incentive for our hard work. I wish they would add more pay or perks to motivate employees. If you're looking for a place to gain skills and experience in the industry as well as make some money, this could be the right fit for you. As of now, I'm still getting my feet wet but I love how friendly everyone is. It's an awesome place to learn from the people who know what they are doing. The team at RIM really gets it! They have been able to deliver results for our clients. Their work ethic is excellent too - they are always willing to go that extra mile when needed. I wish there were more people in the office so we could all get better training from them, but this isn't an issue as long as you pick up your phone or email quickly. We've seen significant growth in business through their efforts.
