I have written to Safavia and Revane several times and have not received a reply. One star for both for customer service. I'm giving it one star because it works ok overall. My problem is that once you attach the seat to the bar, it cannot be taken apart. Someone will ask why should I take it apart? I'm sure there are several reasons people might take it apart. My reason is to grease the plastic piece that rests on the inside of the rack. It creaks with every turn of the chair. This is very annoying as all 4 chairs I bought are quite noisy. In addition, the leather (if it is leather at all) begins to tear and the white trim of the leather begins to peel off in places. Bought. I have written to Safavia and am waiting for a reply. While they've never had the courtesy to reply to any of my emails, I remain hopeful. I adjusted the rating to one star for terrible customer service and their terrible product.
