It's cute and fits my 4 year old. We have Retreez Tartan Plaid Styles Woven Microfiber Boys Tie Bow Tie - Dark Blue. He also has a big head. 1/2 inch smaller than mine and I'm 29. Yes, I measured his meatball head. However, this is a great buy. Thanks to the adjustable strap, it fits a child from the age of 3 1/2 to 8 years. It's a REALLY GOOD MATERIAL! Comes in a plastic sleeve that protects it from contamination. We recommend! (If your baby has a thick neck like you, it probably won't fit)
