This is the second year we have bought these boots for my 8 year old. We have about 5 months of snowy, very cold winters and she wears them every day and beats the resin out of them. They hold up remarkably well and can be passed on to another child. I questioned the waterproof lining on the fabric sides but they stayed warm and dry. We have to pull them over the boot warmer every now and then when the toe gets wet from sweaty feet or carelessness with snow in the boot.
