I bought 3 pairs for 3 different people. Only one satisfied and there were no problems with the goods. The other two pairs have sound quality issues. The audio quality is VERY POOR and VERY frustrating when you have to speak so loud that you draw attention to yourself so that the person you are speaking to can hear/understand you because you are speaking in a low voice and as if you are under water would speak . Secrecy is one of the reasons I ordered this product. The fit in the ear is unreliable in a pair. I feel like I paid too much just because the quality is so bad. I'm not happy with the frustration of figuring out how to return/exchange at least 2 of the 3 pairs I bought. The response to this request for feedback is not reassuring either. Does anyone actually take the time to read this? And do I get an answer that I am not satisfied with this product? How do I know I haven't wasted my time giving you my honest opinion of this product? On a small positive note, I love the convenience of being able to charge one of these when I'm using it so it's always available for 24 hours. In the end I'm really unsatisfied and not sure if I will contact a friend or not.
