So 260 means 2 inches in diameter and about 60 inches in length. These balloons are probably closer to 48-55 inches depending on the color. I think if you try to get 60 inches you will get more cotton. You should leave some space at the end of the balloon to give it some weight so it doesn't pop when you inflate it. We use a portable tire compressor to inflate them. They rarely burst when inflated and only occasionally when twisted and tied into shapes. We only have a bag of balloons, not a cheap hand pump. It is very funny. We watched YouTube videos (lots and lots of videos). and you can do SO MANY THINGS with balloons A brand new family hobby! Recommend staying home during these COVID days.
