2001 Chevy Suburban: I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I took a chance. After receiving them I noticed that they are the same strength as the manufacturer. There were no written instructions but there was a card with each remote showing where to get instructions. The biggest problem I had was the website on my phone. The website didn't seem to shrink to view in my phone's browser, but I turned it sideways and was able to enter my car information for directions. The instructions were clear and informative. I read all the instructions and programmed both new remotes within 2 minutes, although the instructions said it could take up to 5 minutes for each remote. I tested them later and both worked. I am very satisfied because I always locked my keys in the truck. LOL For the price and ease of programming I would say if you have your remote then you are worth it!
