Seller, DT Trading, did. absolutely nothing wrong. I picked up my gear quickly and efficiently. My problem is with SyneticUSA itself. Apparently there is a semi-general flaw in this light model that causes the light to flicker when transitioning between white and amber, this is only during the transition. I contacted SyneticUSA regarding this but they could not give me a clear answer as to why this is happening, although they say the lamp is compatible with my truck and also with another truck of the same make/model/year. Their only response was to send me devices they "believe" would actually work, but only after I sent back the defective parts. No real company handles RMAs this way, especially when the fault is primarily theirs. Since I bought them to replace a burned out stock unit, it's either buying new original units that I was able to use from the start while they arrange things, or driving around town without front turn signals. Of course, when I expressed my concern about this, they cut off all communication and I have not heard from them for the past 11 days. I can personally promise you that I will never buy a SyneticUSA product again, and neither should you. In theory this is a great product but there is no guarantee that the product will actually work when it should. Edit: The manufacturer just emailed me apologizing for the delay and that the correspondence between them and me must have been overlooked. Today they send me a replacement and don't require me to send back the originals. Everything is set, so I'm revising my assessment.
