If you're trying not to use clippers, avoid these scissors

If you don't like the way clippers cut your nails, I strongly recommend AVOIDING these scissors. They cut just like nail clippers and if I wanted my nails cut like that I would just buy nail clippers. Let me try to explain. When you CUT a nail, you either cut the nail or you don't. There is no partial cut. Using scissors, I wanted to make small continuous cuts while guiding the scissors. They just cut and don't make slow/short continuous cuts. They cut my toenails so I assume they are decent in terms of durability. However, I will say that they are difficult to trim, although my nails are softer (you can rip off a toenail with your numbers). I have very medium sized fingers, but when I use scissors, my finger hurts because of the thinness. Metal. If I hadn't used it before I would probably return it.
