Worked great at an outdoor buffet party on a 100+ day day
They worked great for partially filling with ice and for displaying cold salads and sandwiches (then fill with ice and top) at car races to use July 4th in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was hot but the food was cold and safe to eat. Much better than opening and closing fridges or trying to get everyone to eat at the same time!
