I like it that you can create your own programs for clients! The system is easy enough, but if training isn't provided with in-house support we are limited as far as what features our customers will receive or how much they're willing/able pay per month (especially after taxes).
We have been able to develop customized tools for each of my sites within this platform without too many issues - most just require some tweaking around things such as customizing fields etc which was done via developer access rather than client service reps help desk assistance.
