Very snug but a bit stretchy

Very nice, the fabric looks very subtle, no weird smells or uneven seams. It was perfect except it sat at the waist. It was very, very tight. Maybe the one I received was defective, but the waist made it so we couldn't pull it over my daughter's lap. It was 20 inches but it was quite stretchy. Otherwise it was great!
