Vasectomy Lifesaver! I'm 44-46 waist, 6ft 2in and 270lbs (beer belly) and size XXL fits perfectly. I love that they are black and white and look so weird to me. that these are two packs at a lower price point than the competition. Very comfortable and supportive. They are needed after a vasectomy. Expect to wear them for the first two weeks, even if you feel like you don't have to after the first week. This helps with long-term healing and also supports you with small bumps. When buying a support product, a lot of importance is attached to a wide belt like this. Not really sure why, I'm guessing what it is for consolation. If it seems too wide for you, you can just roll it up a bit.
