I used this product to get the ramp off our back deck to ground level so our older dog didn't have to use the stairs. This product adheres well to 2x12 treated lumber and provides excellent grip. I waited about 6 weeks for the wood to dry before installing. I'm not sure if this is required, but it worked for us. The product adheres well and keeps a good hold even in the rain. i would buy again
