I am so angry I ordered these shoes after spending half a day finally finding them in a size I had to wait 2 weeks or more because they were faulty. They came in a plastic bag via UPS without a box. Apparently they were DAMAGED upon delivery and only one shoe is on fire. I needed them for an Easter basket to send this week and now I have a BASIC PROBLEM. I can't change the order and wait another 2 weeks to receive DAMAGED SHOES WITHOUT BOX and now I have to spend MY TIME AND GAS to avoid the inconvenience of going to the UPS store to return them AND face a refund wait. I have to return the money without returning them. YOU ARE NOT WORKING. That's why I'm so mad at Carter. Furious.
