I like how easy it is for all of our employees to access their applications in one place from any device or location via mobile apps. No need to go into individual application screens when you're looking up information that might be buried within an app's pages. It can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are so many options available. You may find yourself trying to figure out which option is right for you depending on what needs you have at the time. We've been able to create all types of forms including but not limited to employee handbooks, leave requests, performance reviews, etc., using this software. Our HR department has had much more freedom over where data goes since we started using this system.
